Welcome......here's a few words from Ricky Delgado, Disc Jocky

I guess you could say I have seen a lot!! I have worked in a variety of venues through the years, I began working in 1982 helping my friend who just started to DJ, I remember the early years when we would show up at a wedding reception with our home stereo system, it was really difficult, as a very young man, your musical background is very limited and I had to learn the hard way on many occasions.

I felt I needed to offer some experience in order to perform at a  wedding reception where the stakes are high and the demand for good music was expected. I felt I needed more experience so I started working for a nightclub in Sacramento. We played oldies but goodies. It was just what I needed to perfect my skills in knowledge of music and speaking on the microphone.

Since then I have worked many wedding receptions and night clubs in the Sacramento area, I even had a chance to play in New Zealand for one evening while on vacation. It was great, especially when they heard my accent on the microphone!

After my confidence grew with speaking in front of an audience, I went back into performing for private parties, wedding receptions, retirements, and anniversaries. To date, I have over 18 years of disc jockey experience. I have performed over 2000 events throughout the Sacramento Valley. The best compliment I continue to receive from customers is :"…you played a great variety of music…".

I have played many ethnic events, including Mexican weddings, Irish, German, Italian, Finish, and Greek. I have over 3000 selections that I bring to each function covering music for nearly 50 years.

With my years of experience, I can provide the best music for any occasion. I bring a vast amount of experience. I strive to make everyone have a great time at any event, anytime. Thank You!
